Installation Errors

Error : While Loading TRUECHART Getting below error 

Error Code : log4javascript error: AjaxAppender.append: XMLHttpRequest request to URL  https://192.168.1.150/api/trueChart/trueChartService/index.jsp returned status code 500

Error Code : Service request failed with error code : 400 Action : getFrontend Session

Possible Cause 1 

This might also be due to incorrect user

How to Check :

Get the console data while loading TRUECHART by pressing F12 or Ctl+Shft+I

On Network tab – Reload the page and filter to get the request getFrontendSession request .
Click on getFrontendSession -and on headers tab scroll down to get us the form data , where you will see the username . Please check if the name is same as that in TRUECHART management console else create a user with the same user name . Clear the cache and try reloading TRUECHART

Possible Cause 2

This Might be  regarding the certificate . Need  to use the certificate exported from the QMC for this host.

How to Export Certificate from QMC :

Installation: Exporting certificates through the QMC

Error : Invalid Port

Possible Cause 1 

The Service might be still running 

How to Check :

Open Task Manager- Performance - Click on open resource monitor -Go to the Network Tab -

Check for the corresponding  port in Listening port -  find the PID and Kill the process with same PID that lists in  the process with network activity section.

Resolution :

Kill the process and try installation and it will update , shouldn't run as a Fresh Installation. There should  be somewhere written that this is a update. And for sense you're able to reconfigure nearly everything.
