Perspective Comments behavior in Published and Unpublished App

Problem :

During cut + replace  cells the comment content remains unchanged in published app 

Reason : 

During content replacement the chartIDs (which are responsible for the comment content) remain unchanged and the comment in the published app references the same comment as it did before content change.

Solution/Workaround : 

Instead of  cut + replace cells use copy + exchange cells

Exchanging the cells "swaps" the position of both cells, therefore the chartIDs of the related cells were also "moved" and the result will be that what the user has expected.
