TRUECHART+ Management Console

TRUECHART+ Management Console

The TRUECHART+ Management Console (TCMC) is the central administration layer for configuring, maintaining, and securing your TRUECHART+ environment.

It is designed for platform administrators, system owners, and power users who are responsible for overseeing user access, system behavior, integrations, and compliance with visual standards.

๐Ÿ”ง What TCMC Is Used For

๐Ÿ” User and Access Management

TCMC provides tools to manage individual users, groups, and access control. Administrators can assign roles, enforce permissions, and configure user access across one or more companies.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ System Configuration

Through TCMC, admins can define environment-level settings such as hosting details, logging behavior, and security policies. It also includes integration options for external systems such as authentication providers or target databases.

๐ŸŽจ Styling and Governance

TCMC allows administrators to apply visual and formatting standards via the Notation Manual, ensuring consistent design and presentation across all TRUECHART+ visuals.

๐Ÿงฉ Licensing and Integrations

Administrators can manage license allocations and register integrations required for advanced functionality, including planning, data inputs, and cross-system communication.

๐ŸŒ Multi-Tenant Support

TRUECHART+ supports multi-tenant environments, allowing multiple companies or business units to coexist securely within the same infrastructure.

  • Users with access to more than one company will see a company selector in the bottom left corner of the interface.

  • Users with access to only one company are automatically placed in their assigned environment and wonโ€™t see the selector.

All configurations, permissions, and visual access are scoped to the selected company context.

๐Ÿ“Œ Who Uses TCMC?

  • System administrators managing access, licensing, or security

  • BI platform owners configuring integrations or hosting options

  • Governance teams applying and enforcing styling standards

  • IT support teams handling user onboarding or auditing
