Downloading the TRUECHART+ Extension

Log into the TRUECHART+ Management Console
Select the Company
1. If you do not have this option - you only have access to 1 company and may ignore this
Go to Extensions
Download the extension for your relevant platform

🧩 Importing the TRUECHART+ Visual

In Qlik Sense Enterprise

Go to QMC (Qlik Management Console)
Upload the .zip or .qar file as a new extension
In your Qlik App, open a sheet
Drag and drop TRUECHART+ from the "Custom Objects" panel

In Qlik Sense Cloud

Go to QMC (Qlik Management Console)
Upload the .zip or .qar file as a new extension
Ensure your Content Security Policy allows for the following :

Origin here refers to the service URL as configured in hosting on TCMC

In Power BI

Open your report in Power BI Desktop
Go to the Visualizations pane
Click on the ellipsis (...) > Import a visual from file
Select the .pbiviz file provided
The TRUECHART+ visual will appear in your pane
Drag it onto the canvas and start configuring dimensions/measures
