TRUECHART+ Onboarding

This section provides step-by-step instructions on what to do once your TRUECHART Plus license has been issued and your user account has been created in the TRUECHART Management Console.

Here are your first login steps:

  1. Access the TRUECHART Management console using this link: TCMC 

 The password for your account should be defined by selecting the "Reset Password" function . 

 From here you will receive a link via email to reset your user's password.

  1. Once your password has been defined, you will be able to log into your company and download your TRUECHART+ Extensions

  1. Import the extension into your BI Platform following these steps

  2. With your extension imported, you can follow these steps to guide you through the first steps into building a TRUECHART+ Visual
