Template Manager

Introduction

TRUECHART template manager enables TCMC users to manage all templates globally within TRUECHART management console. 

The functions introduced with this feature:

• Switch Templates between Private and Public
  • Bulk Action possible
• Manage which users / groups a Template can be shared with
• Delete Templates
  • Bulk Action possible
• Templates that were created by users which have since been deleted will reflect under "Authorless Templates" 

Selected Templates that are public will display a list of Users or Groups for the Template to be shared with.

Creating Templates

In order to get templates in the TCMC listing - users have to create templates from within the TRUECHART Extension in their BI Platform
