Get help with TRUECHART products and services: TRUECHART knowledge base

Step-by-step guide

  1. Please click on TRUECHART Self-Service-Portal and then log in or sign-up with your TRUECHART account to access support options.
  2. Please click on Technical Support for any technical assistance and click on Knowledge Base to read product-related documentation

    Technical Support option is only available to TRUECHART Customers and Partners and not available to self-registered users.

  3. Technical Support redirects to the Jira Service Desk portal. There you need to create a separate account for the Service Desk.

    As of now, there are 2 login pages (TRUECHART.com Self-Service-Portal and Service Desk). Please login to both to be able to make the best out of our service. We are aware and working towards fixing the double login as quickly as possible.

  4. On the Requests option, you can search for your own and organization-wide open, closed and in-progress cases.
  5. You can search for your issue keyword to check TRUECHART Knowledge Base. If you think the problem is a bug, feature request or requires technical support and you don't find a solution in the Knowledge Base, raise it here and we will collect full details and will get to work!

  6. Once you select an issue type, please fill out the following form with complete issue details, priority type and justification, exact version number and name of the product and platform, telephone number and upload screenshots and logs of your issue. This will help us assist you faster.
