KPI-CHAT offers the functionality to store and show screenshot per chat-message.
This offers to save a screenshot of the current view automatically with a new chat message and that this screenshot can be displayed or downloaded later by user or other channel users platform-independently.
The Channel Admin will have the option to turn this feature on and off.
The functionality is available only in KPI-CHAT for QLIK Sense , KPI-CHAT TRUECHART Cell Type and KPI-CHAT Messenger.
How to Achieve:
Edit the channel for which screenshot need to be enabled . Toggle the Screenshot ON. Apply changes and confirm the update . The channel will be updated .
Start messaging on the channel and messages after this will have a camera icon(as shown in image) which implies the screenshot is ON.
Click on the Camera icon will enlarge the screen shot image of the channel . You will also have options to open the image in new window as well as download the image as file .
