Subscribe and Unsubscribe

KPI-CHAT offers all channel users to get update email notifications. 

There are two types of Configuration where users and channel admin  can use this functionality . Channel Admin or Users can subscribed to get Hourly, Daily and Immediately notifications.

  • Global config, per channel
    • "Subscribe all registered users" to get Hourly, Daily and Immediately notifications .
  • User individual config per channel
    •  Users individual  can subscribe to get Hourly, Daily and Immediately notifications. The individual settings will overwrite the global config, per channel
    •   The individual "Unsubscribe" will overwrite a "Subscribe all".

How to Achieve :

Edit the desired channel . Click on the notifications tab and toggle the "Subscribe all registered users" ON. This will drop down the further selection to subscribe to get Hourly, Daily and Immediately notifications. Apply and confirm the channel changes , the channel will be updated and all registered will be subscribed to get notifications.

The individual user will have an bell icon . The user also has the option to select the frequency for receiving notifications and even UNSUBCRIBE .
